Gite number 5 is an unfurnished apartment suitable for two persons.
A small external stairs leads to a hall of nearly 4 m². The kitchen/living room is a wide room of 21 m² wich includes a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom 13 m² and a shower room. Heating is provided by electric radiators wich can be helped by a woodstove (not yet installed). Hot water provided by an electric hot water tank. Pets are allowed. A patio is being laid out.
Renting fees 2011-2012 for gite 5 :
290 € a month (long let only)
For all gites :
* Long let rental means five months at least, whatever the season.
* Services charges are included, including electricity up to 8 kw/h a day. Beyond this fixed rate, each kw/h costs 0.10 €
* For long let rentals 10 € per month for water use will be requested, and electricity will be charged to the reality.
* Bed sheets can be rented 10 €.
